Spring Capers, salon owner, stylist, and business coach comes from a long heritage of hairstylists. Her late aunt Naomi lead the way for her family’s migration north by building a business in the beauty industry and laying the foundation for Spring’s entrepreneur spirit. With over 30 years of professional experience as a hairstylist, Spring specializes in hair care, cutting and color. Along with her “Behind the Chair” expertise as a salon owner, Spring has also developed over 20 hairstylists in the Chicago that have started and grown their own business.
Combining a degree in accounting, over 30 years as a hair care professional owning a salon, Spring is passionately committed to empowering women by using her life experiences as tool to teach and transform.
